2. Use of Our Car Park
You may use Pepper Street Car Park to park your vehicle, provided you follow the rules outlined below:
- Vehicles must be parked in designated bays only.
- Parking is at your own risk — we are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of your vehicle or belongings.
- You must follow all instructions from staff and posted signs within the car park.
- Do not obstruct other vehicles or block emergency exits.
- If your vehicle exceeds size or weight limits, you may not be allowed to park.
- Keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing others.
- Any illegal activity, including vandalism or theft, is strictly forbidden.
Failure to follow these rules may result in fines, towing, or denial of future access to the car park.
3. Parking Fees and Payments
Our parking fees are displayed at the entrance and within the car park. You agree to pay the correct fee based on when your vehicle is parked.
Debit or credit cards can be used at the pay stations on Levels 1, 2, and 3. Hozah offers automatic payment options.
We do not accept cash payments. Failure to pay the required fee may result in a parking fine or penalty.
Refunds are not provided unless there is an error in the payment process. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please get in touch with us.
4. Season Tickets and Permits
We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual permits for regular users. Permits are linked to your vehicle’s registration number and can only be used for one vehicle at a time.
Permits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless we decide otherwise due to exceptional circumstances.
If you lose your permit or need to change the registered vehicle, you must notify us immediately. Misuse of a permit may result in its cancellation without a refund.
5. Access and Security
Pepper Street Car Park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While we aim to keep the car park secure with CCTV and security staff, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs while your vehicle is parked.
You are responsible for securing your vehicle and belongings. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
We may close the car park or restrict access for maintenance, repairs, or safety reasons. If this happens, we will notify you in advance.
6. Automatic Payments with Hozah
If you sign up for Hozah automatic payments, you agree to allow Hozah to charge your payment method based on the time your vehicle is parked.
Hozah uses license plate recognition to track your vehicle’s entry and exit. When you sign up, make sure your vehicle’s registration number is correct.
You must contact them directly if you have any issues with Hozah payments. Pepper Street Car Park is not responsible for any errors caused by Hozah.
7. Prohibited Activities
You are not allowed to:
- Park in disabled bays without a valid permit.
- Leave your vehicle overnight without permission.
- Use the car park for commercial purposes without approval.
- Carry out repairs or maintenance on your vehicle.
- Dispose of waste or litter in the car park.
- Use the car park for sleeping, loitering, or any non-parking activity.
If you break any of these rules, we may take action, including issuing a fine or asking you to leave the car park.
8. Liability
Pepper Street Car Park is not responsible for:
- Damage to your vehicle or belongings caused by other visitors.
- Loss or damage due to weather, fire, vandalism, or theft.
- Any injury or accident within the car park, unless caused by our negligence.
You are responsible for any damage you cause to the car park or other vehicles. If you damage property or another vehicle, report it to us immediately.
9. Complaints and Disputes

We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. If unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to a local authority or legal body.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any vehicle or person from the car park if:
- You fail to pay parking fees.

- Your vehicle poses a safety risk.
- You engage in illegal or dangerous behaviour.
We may also cancel or suspend your permit if you misuse it or violate these terms.

We may occasionally update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services or the Law. The updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date.
